5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials related to HILAB services are owned by HILAB Technology. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written approval.

6. Payment & Refunds

  • Service fees are paid according to the contract between both parties
  • Refunds apply only if HILAB cannot deliver the committed service
  • Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days

7. Limitation of Liability

HILAB is not liable for:

  • Loss of data or profits due to misuse of services
  • Damages from service interruptions beyond our control
  • Content on third-party websites linked from our platform

8. Termination

HILAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms. Users may also request termination according to the conditions in their contract.

9. Changes to Terms

HILAB may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
