Origins from Data & Operations
The HILAB idea was sparked during 2019-2020, stemming from a common reality in businesses: technology and AI were advancing, but fragmented data and disconnected systems remained major barriers to operations. Throughout this period, HILAB focused on building a Data Platform with ready-made features, helping businesses manage, exploit, and use data systematically and effectively.
Establishment
Established on December 4, 2023, in Vietnam. During 2023–2024, HILAB focused on developing medium and small-scale technology solutions, helping businesses build foundational systems and data, paving the way for deeper digital transformation.
Capability Building & Ecosystem Expansion
Alongside implementing real projects, HILAB progressively built and strengthened system capabilities through partnerships with major technology platforms like LarkSuite and Odoo. These partnerships helped HILAB perfect consulting, deployment, and system operation capabilities for businesses of various sizes. Simultaneously, HILAB continued developing, refining, and expanding Data Platform features to enhance data management and exploitation in business operations.
Growth Milestone
2025 marks a significant transition for HILAB with simultaneous growth in scale – quality – customer portfolio. The enterprise strategic products are Data and AI, enhancing technical and consulting capabilities, while partnering with major clients like Trung Nguyen Legend and VNCS. HILAB also relocated to a new office with complete infrastructure, ready for the next growth phase.
